Welcome to Spoon Scramble. By downloading, installing, or using the Spoon Scramble mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Spoon Scramble is a real-time multiplayer mobile card game designed for entertainment purposes. The App allows users to play competitively with other users in real-time matches.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or engage in any conduct that interferes with other users' enjoyment of the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or any related systems or networks
  • Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App

4. In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are processed by the respective platform and are subject to their terms and policies. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Spoon Scramble, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPOON SCRAMBLE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
